The simplest thing can make a big difference.

A member of staff mentioned her 2nd and 3rd toes which were partly joined together from birth (a webbed toe). She was embarrassed to show her toes in sandals or to walk barefoot.

I took out my Sharpie Pen and drew a black mark to extend the natural crease/shadow.

It looked like the toes were actually separate!

A few months later, Gillian Huntley (a medical Tattooist) designed a small tattoo to replicate the Sharpie mark.

Surgery to split the toes is a big operation that is often not really necessary as webbed toes are not painful!

We may not have cured her but the patient is no longer worried about her toes. As this has never been described before the article was accepted in a leading journal.
