“Back in 2008 you performed a metatarsal osteotomy on my right foot as I was suffering from Hallux Valgus. This is probably the most overdue thank you you have ever received, but I am thankful and fortunate to have had you as my surgeon and I have no further problems with my foot. I also thought you might want to know that I am back to running ultra-marathons and won the 250km Amazon Jungle ultra-marathon, known to be the hardest in the Word!!!
