We only operate on bunions if they hurt but there is no harm in making them look good as well! If a foot looks like a foot then it usually works like one. This patient had bunions and lesser toe problems on both feet, the left has been operated on and today I am doing the right foot. Not a true “before and after” but the left foot was his worst foot!
